Privacy Policy

This document, the Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”), sets out the rules under which Ticketnet Limited Liability Company (hereinafter “we” and/or the “Administration”) uses the data of internet users (hereinafter “you” and/or the “User”) collected through the website https://usdt.kg (hereinafter the “Site”).

1. Data processed

1.1. We do not collect your personal data through the Site.

1.2. All data collected on the Site is provided and received in anonymised form (hereinafter “Anonymised Data”).

1.3. Anonymised Data includes the following information, which does not allow you to be identified:

1.3.1. Information that you provide about yourself using the online forms and software modules of the Site, including your name and telephone number and/or email address.

1.3.2. Data transmitted in anonymised form automatically, depending on the settings of the software you use.

1.4. The Administration is entitled to establish requirements for the composition of the User’s Anonymised Data collected through the Site.

1.5. Where certain information is not marked as mandatory, the User provides or discloses it at their own discretion. At the same time, you give your informed consent to access to such data by an unlimited number of persons. That data becomes publicly available from the moment it is provided and/or disclosed in any other form.

1.6. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the data provided, nor whether the User holds the consent required to process it in accordance with this Policy, assuming that the User acts in good faith and with due care and makes every effort to keep such information up to date and to obtain all consents necessary for its use.

1.7. You acknowledge and accept that third-party software may be used on the Site, as a result of which such parties may receive and transmit the data specified in clause 1.3 in anonymised form.

1.8. The composition of, and the conditions for collecting, anonymised data through third-party software are determined directly by their rights holders and may include:

• browser data (type, version, cookies);
• device data and its location;
• operating system data (type, version, screen resolution);
• request data (time, referral source, IP address).

1.9. The Administration is not responsible for how third parties use the User’s Anonymised Data.

2. Purposes of data processing

2.1. The Administration uses the data for the following purposes:

2.1.1. Processing incoming requests and communicating with the User;

2.1.2. Information services, including the distribution of advertising and informational materials;

2.1.3. Conducting marketing, statistical and other research;

2.1.4. Targeting advertising materials on the Site.

3. Data protection requirements

3.1. The Administration stores the data and protects it against unauthorised access and distribution in accordance with its internal rules and regulations.

3.2. The data received is kept confidential, except where it has been made publicly available by the User, and except where the technologies and third-party software used on the Site, or the settings of the software used by the User, provide for open exchange with those parties and/or other participants and users of the internet.

3.3. In order to improve the quality of its work, the Administration is entitled to store log files of the actions performed by the User while using the Site for 1 (one) year.

4. Data transfer

4.1. The Administration is entitled to transfer the data to third parties in the following cases:

• the User has given consent to such actions, including where the settings of the software used by the User do not restrict the provision of certain information;
• the transfer is necessary as part of the User’s use of the functionality of the Site;
• the transfer is required in accordance with the purposes of data processing;
• in connection with the transfer of the Site into the possession, use or ownership of such a third party;
• at the request of a court or another authorised state body under the procedure established by law;
• to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Administration in connection with violations committed by the User.

5. Amendments to the Privacy Policy

5.1. This Policy may be amended or terminated by the Administration unilaterally without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is published on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
